We send you an invoice at your e-mail address with the details of the work, the time spent and the total amount you have to pay according to the price per hour or the contract done. A link will be included for you, to easily use your credit card.
--due to the legal statute of Homework we are only allowed to charge for services.
--you may buy the needed materials by yourself.
--if you decide to use Homework for this purpose,
we will charge you an extra 20 % of the total amount for time and transport reasons.

--payments by bank check
We will ask you a 30% instalment of the total amount
3 laboring days before the beginning of the work.
The restant 70% will be paid at the end of the work.
Legal declaration of work
For some types of works you may have to make a work declaration (Déclarations de travaux exemptés de permis de construire ou déclaration de clôture) to the DDE at your town hall.
What do you need to ask for to your town hall ?
1 - The legal form to make the declaration.
2 - A plan of your location. (cadastre).
3 - A detailed plan of the work your are planning. ( sizes, situation with neighbors, design, color,...)
If you feel uncomfortable with these legals steps we will be happy
to do it for you for only 50 € including the 3 documents needed.
--if another plan(s) is or are required, an extra 30 € will be charged for each one.
